v. RUSHJOB: Burning Eagle pt1. Burning Eagle pt 2. These two tracks sum up the inprovisational drive of the group. The whooping 20 minutes - hence the two parts - is close to untouched by post production. The monotony and pace draws references to early kraut and cheesy elevation synth (yes, JMJ). But it's a live recording. And it is the unpredictable behaviour and randomly appearing shifts that pulls the work up on to the top shelf. v. RUSHJOB: TOMORROW Variable Rushjob sounds part electronic part electric absent of earth. So far without focus in the true spirit of other Leftbag operations; time spent playing goes straight to disk. The outfit is based in New York on either side of the East River. Equipped to their teeth with tube amps and midi knobs, the misfits got enough watts to run a small block party.
